Receiving is billed per unit — $0.10\/unit when we're consolidating inventory into storage, and free when units go straight through to FBA — or $40 per pallet. Boxes get logged into inventory the same day in most cases. We don't charge a setup fee to get started, and there's no long-term contract sitting behind any of this — you can send one pallet and walk away if it doesn't work for you.<\/p>\n
This is the bread and butter of what we do. Units come in, we apply FNSKU labels, check for poly-bag or bundling requirements per your Amazon listing, and get them back into inbound-ready condition. Pricing scales with volume: $1.00\/unit for 1-49 units, dropping to $0.75 for 50-299, $0.50 for 300-999, and $0.35\/unit once you're at 1000+. Turnaround is 24-48 hours from the moment we log the units in — not from when the truck arrives, from when they're actually counted and entered.<\/p>\n
One thing I'll flag because it trips people up: if your units arrive with damaged FNSKU stickers already applied, or the wrong SKU labeled from a previous prep center's mistake, that adds time. We won't just slap a new label over a wrong one and call it done — we pull it, verify against your listing, and relabel clean. It's slower, but it's the difference between a smooth check-in at Amazon and a suspended shipment.<\/p>\n
If you're running Shopify, Walmart, or TikTok Shop orders through us, the cutoff is 11:59am Monday through Friday for same-day shipping. Miss the cutoff by ten minutes and your order ships the next business day — we don't make exceptions here because the carrier pickup schedule doesn't make exceptions for us either.<\/p>\n
Pricing depends on your daily volume: $2.00\/order if you're doing 10+ orders a day, $2.50\/order under that, plus $0.30 for each additional unit in a multi-item order. It's a structure that rewards consistent volume, which is honestly how most 3PL pricing works — the fixed costs of running the floor don't change much whether you're shipping 5 orders or 50.<\/p>\n
Storage is $1 per cubic foot per month, or $40 per pallet if that's a cleaner fit for your inventory shape. New clients get the first 30 days free, one time, which is enough runway to actually test whether your reorder cadence lines up with how fast product moves off our shelves.<\/p>\n
Kitting and bundling is priced by set size: $1.00\/set for 2-3 units, $1.25 for 4-5, $1.75 for 6-12. Complex or fragile bundles are quoted per project — we'd rather confirm your bundle configuration works before committing a full production run to it.<\/p>\n
FBA removals are a separate animal. If Amazon sends inventory back to us, receiving\/processing runs $0.50\/unit when it's 20+ units of one SKU, or $1.50\/unit for anything smaller than that — smaller lots just take more per-unit handling time relative to the batch. Repackaging after that follows standard FBA prep rates. Customer returns for FBM orders run $1.50\/unit standard, $3.00\/unit for oversized items.<\/p>\n
We take FBA, FBM, food (ambient only), cosmetics, supplements, electronics, apparel, and oversized palletized freight. We don't accept large furniture, anything frozen or requiring refrigeration, or lithium batteries — that last one is a hard no across the industry for a reason, and any prep center telling you otherwise is one insurance audit away from a very bad day.<\/p>\n

What's the actual turnaround on FBA prep once units arrive? 24-48 hours from when units are counted and logged into inventory, not from truck arrival. Rush requests are possible — ask before shipping if you're on a tight FBA restock deadline.<\/p>\n
Do you charge extra for damaged or mislabeled inventory? Not a separate line-item fee, but relabeling wrong FNSKUs or repacking damaged cases takes longer than clean units, so it can push your job toward the back of that day's queue. Can I send a small kitting test batch first? Yes — just talk to us before shipping. We'd rather confirm the bundle works at small scale than build a full run around a configuration that needs adjusting.<\/p>\n
