How long does it take to process my FBA shipment?
Most shipments are processed within 1–2 business days after we receive them. Larger or special-prep shipments may require additional time.

Storage fees apply only if inventory stays beyond the included free period. Rates depend on volume and duration. A full pricing sheet is available on request.
Yes. We ship Monday–Friday and offer same-day fulfillment for orders received before our cutoff time.
Yes. We accept deliveries from wholesalers, distributors, brands, retail stores, and online retailers. We can also handle palletized and LTL deliveries.
Yes. We can assemble bundles, multipacks, and custom sets according to your instructions, including labeling, polybagging, bubble wrapping, and inserts.
Will you notify me of damaged or incorrect items?
Yes. We provide photos of any damaged, missing, or mismatched items and contact you immediately to get your instructions.
Do you support multiple marketplaces?
Yes. We work with Amazon FBA/FBM, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
What is your receiving process?
Every inbound shipment is photographed, counted, and inspected for accuracy. Any issues are reported to you before prep begins.
