How Billing Works

Frequently asked questions
Are there any setup fees or monthly minimums?
No. There are no setup fees, no monthly minimums and no contracts. You pay only for the services you use — nothing more.
Do prices change based on volume over time?
Our pricing is based on per-shipment volume tiers. For example, if you send 1,000+ units of one product type in a single shipment, you get the $0.35/unit rate. Consistent high-volume clients can contact us to discuss long-term pricing arrangements.
What is included in the $2.00 FBM order price?
The $2.00/order price includes pick, pack, a standard polymailer (13x15 inch) and shipping label application. Carrier shipping cost is additional and depends on package weight, dimensions and destination.
What if my product doesn't fit a standard category?
Some products — glass, fragile items, very large items, special categories — require custom pricing. Contact us before sending your first shipment and we will confirm pricing within 24 hours.
When does the 30-day free storage start?
Your free storage period begins the day we receive and check in your shipment in Ysell. From day 31 standard storage rates apply automatically and are visible in your Ysell dashboard.
Are boxes included in the kitting price?
Polybags and «This is a Set» labels are always included in kitting prices. Cardboard boxes for repackaging are charged separately at $1.00–$3.00 depending on size.
How do I know exactly what I'm being charged for?
Every service performed on your inventory is logged in Ysell with a timestamp, quantity and cost. You always see a full breakdown before receiving your invoice — no surprises.
