Connect Your Amazon Account

Link Ysell to your Amazon Seller Central account. Once connected, your product listings and orders sync automatically. This is required before creating shipments.

⏱ 10 minutes setup + up to 24h sync 👤 Client 🔑 Requires: Amazon Seller Central login
3.1

Open the Platforms tab

Go to Settings → Companies, click your company, then click the Platforms tab. This tab shows all connected marketplaces. It's empty right now — that's normal.

Click "+ Add" then select Amazon from the dropdown
3.3

Select your country and connect

A small form appears. Select the country/region where your Amazon account is based (e.g. US), then click Connect. Ysell will redirect you directly to Amazon's authorization page — no Seller ID or manual credentials needed.

📷

Amazon connection — select country and click Connect
Select your Amazon region and click Connect — redirects to Amazon authorization
3.4

Authorize via Amazon OAuth

After clicking Connect, you'll be redirected to Amazon Seller Central to grant Ysell permission to access your account. This is the standard Amazon authorization flow.

  1. 1
Amazon Seller Central opens — log in if prompted
  2. 2
You'll see a single checkbox: "I direct Amazon to provide Y-sell pro access to my selling partner account and related data. I am responsible for any action taken by this application." — check it
  3. 3
Click Confirm — you'll be redirected back to Ysell automatically
💡
After authorization, your product listings and FBM orders will start syncing automatically. FBM orders will appear in the Orders section in Ysell.
3.5

Verify the connection is active

Back on the Platforms tab, you should now see Amazon listed with a green status indicator. This means the connection is active.

📷
ysell-p3-04-connected.jpg

Green status = Amazon is connected. Listings and orders will sync within 24 hours.
Wait up to 24 hours for your Amazon product listings and existing orders to fully sync into Ysell. After that, go to Products and you'll see your catalog.

Phase 3 complete — Amazon is connected. Your listings will appear in Products within 24 hours.

4

Review Your Products

After Amazon syncs, check your product catalog in Ysell. Each product needs a title and an ASIN/SKU link before you can create shipments for it.

⏱ 30–60 minutes (depends on catalog size) 👤 Client ⏳ Do this 24h after Phase 3
4.1

Go to Products

In the left sidebar, click Products. You'll see a list of all products that synced from Amazon. If the list is empty and it's been more than 24 hours since connecting, contact Alex.

4.2

Review each product

Click on a product to open its detail page. Check the following:

  1. Title — should match your Amazon listing title. Correct if wrong.
  2. ASIN / SKU — must be linked to your Amazon listing. Without this, we can't generate FNSKU labels for FBA prep. This should be auto-filled from Amazon sync.
  3. Dimensions and Weight — affects storage billing. Fill in if missing (not mandatory to start).
📷

Product detail — check that ASIN/SKU is filled in. This is the minimum required.
Minimum to start: Title + ASIN/SKU. Dimensions and weight can be added later. Don't delay shipping just for this.
4.3

Set up bundles (if selling multi-packs)

If you sell products as sets (e.g. 2-pack, gift set), you need to set up the bundle structure in Ysell so we can assemble and label them correctly.

  1. 1
First, create individual products for each component SKU (e.g. SKU-1 and SKU-2)
  2. 2
Create a third product for the Bundle itself
  3. 3
On the Bundle product page, find the Set Contains section and add each component product with its quantity
💡
Skip this step if you don't sell multi-packs or bundles. You can set this up later.
4.4

Enable expiration date tracking (perishables only)

If any of your products have an expiration date (food, supplements, cosmetics, anything with a shelf life), you must enable this in the product settings — otherwise the warehouse will have no way to record the date.

  1. 1
    Open the product in Products
  2. 2
In the product detail page, find the With Expiration Date toggle
  3. 3
    Switch it to Yes
⚠️
This must be set before you create a shipment for this product. If left as No, the warehouse cannot record expiration dates — this will cause compliance issues for food and supplement products on Amazon.

Phase 4 complete — products are verified. You're ready to create your first shipment.

5A

Create an FBA Shipment

Use this when sending inventory to 365PrepCenter for FNSKU labeling, prep, and forwarding to Amazon FBA. Your stock ends up at Amazon's fulfillment center.

⏱ 15 minutes to create 👤 Client creates in Ysell, then ships boxes to us 🔄 We prep & forward to Amazon within 24–48h of receiving
5A.1

Open Shipments and click Create

5A.2

Select FBA shipment type

For FBA there are two shipment types — choose based on where your inventory is right now:

  1. A
Send to FBA from Prep — use this when your inventory is already stored at 365PrepCenter and you want to forward it to Amazon FBA
  2. B
Transit to FBA from Prep — use this when your supplier is shipping directly to us and we'll forward it straight to Amazon without counting it in warehouse stock

Select the type, then select 365PrepCenter as the Prep Center. Click Next.

Choose between "Send to FBA from Prep" (stock already at warehouse) or "Transit to FBA from Prep" (direct from supplier)
⚠️
Shipment type cannot be changed after creation. If you pick the wrong type, delete the shipment and create a new one.
5A.3

Choose Inbound Planner Responsibility

Select how the FBA inbound plan will be handled. Three options:

  1. Planner Ship via Prep Centerrecommended for most clients. We handle everything: FBA plan creation, shipping labels, box labels. You don't need to send us anything.
  2. 2
Planner Select Deliveries Yourself — you manage the Amazon pickup schedule and shipment routing independently. 365PrepCenter does not have access to that part of your Amazon account.
  3. 3
Manager of FBA Plan Manual — you create the FBA shipment plan in Amazon Seller Central manually and send us all the data (shipping labels, box contents, destination FC). Use only if you manage FBA plans yourself.

Click Next, select Shipping Country: US, then proceed to add products.

5A.4

Add products and quantities

  1. 1
    Click + Add Product
  2. 2
Search by Product ID (Ysell's internal ID) or by SKU — select from the dropdown
  3. 3
    Enter the quantity being sent
  4. 4
Repeat for each product in this shipment

5A.5

Select prep services

For each product, select the services you need. Available services include:

  1. Inbound Storage + Labeling and Shipping — standard FBA prep: receive, FNSKU label, and ship to Amazon
  2. Bubble Wrap (S1/M1/L1 layer or XS2/S2/M2/L2 layers) — for fragile items
  3. Bundle, Polybag, Fragile Bundle — for multi-packs or items requiring poly protection
  4. Product Photos — if you need photos taken at receiving

You can add multiple services per product. Click Add after selecting each one.

Select "FBA Labeling & Prep" service — includes inspection, FNSKU label, and packaging
You do NOT need to send FNSKU labels separately. We generate and print them in-house based on the product in your Ysell catalog. Just select the service and we handle the rest.
5A.6

Create FBA Plan

After adding all products and services, go to the FBA Plan tab within the shipment and click Create FBA Plan.

Amazon will split your shipment into 1, 2, or 3 destination directions based on their distribution network. This is normal — Amazon routes your inventory across their fulfillment centers. If you sell Oversize or Hazmat products, they may also be separated into additional directions.

💡
If you selected Planner Ship via Prep Center in the previous step, you can skip this tab — we handle FBA plan creation for you.
5A.7

Add tracking (optional)

If your supplier provides a tracking number, go to the Tracking tab and click Add Tracking Number. Use whatever identifier you have — carrier tracking number or supplier order number both work.

5A.8

Add notes for special instructions

Use the Notes field to tell us anything non-standard about this shipment:

  1. "Please handle with care — fragile glass bottles"
  2. "Label goes on the bottom, not the top"
  3. "PO #12345 from supplier"
5A.9

Send to Prep

Go to the Send to Prep tab and click Send to Prep. The shipment status changes to Transfer — 365PrepCenter now sees it in their system and knows your goods are incoming.

  1. 💡
If you made an error and the shipment is still in Transfer status, you can click Revoke Shipment to cancel and edit it. Once the status moves to Processing, changes are no longer possible — contact us immediately via chat or call.

Write your Ysell Shipment ID on each box label
💡
Your supplier can ship directly. Give them this address. They don't need to ship to you first — send straight to us. Just create the shipment in Ysell first so we know what's coming.

Phase 5A complete — FBA shipment created. We'll prep and forward to Amazon within 24–48h of receiving your boxes.

5B

Create an FBM Shipment

Use this when sending inventory to 365PrepCenter for storage. We fulfill FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant) orders from your stock as they come in. Your products stay at our warehouse until sold.

⏱ 15 minutes to create 👤 Client creates in Ysell, then ships boxes to us 📦 Stock stays at our warehouse, we ship FBM orders
5B.1

Open Shipments and click Create

Click + Create, then select 365PrepCenter as the prep center. Click Next twice to reach the product step.

5B.2

Add products and select service

  1. 1
Click + Add Product — search by Product ID (Ysell internal ID) or SKU, select the product
  2. 2
    Enter the quantity being sent
  3. 3
If the product has an expiration date, toggle the Expiration Date switch on and enter the date
  4. 4

  5. 5
    Click Add
📷

5B.3

Add tracking number

Go to the Tracking tab at the top of the shipment. Click Add Tracking Number and enter whatever identifier you have:

  1. From a distributor — use the carrier tracking number they provided
  2. From a retailer — use the order number as the identifier (no tracking number required)

This lets 365PrepCenter identify the shipment when it arrives.

5B.4

Send to Prep

Go to the Send to Prep tab and click Send to Prep. The shipment status changes to Transfer — 365PrepCenter now sees the incoming shipment in their system.

💡
If you made an error while the status is still Transfer, click Revoke Shipment to cancel and edit. Once status reaches Processing, contact us immediately — we may already be working on it.
5B.4

Check your stock in the Warehouse section

After we receive and process your boxes, your stock appears in the Warehouse section in Ysell.

You can see: current stock levels per SKU, how many units are available, and the storage history.

📷

⚠️
Next step is critical: Once stock arrives, you must set up Order Rules (Phase 6) so FBM orders are automatically routed to us for fulfillment. Without this, orders will not be shipped.

Phase 5B complete — FBM inventory is stored at 365PrepCenter. Set up Order Rules next so we can ship orders automatically.

6

Set Up Order Rules (FBM sellers only)

Order Rules tell Ysell: "whenever a new Amazon FBM order comes in, automatically route it to 365PrepCenter for fulfillment." Without this, orders won't be fulfilled automatically.

⏱ 10 minutes 👤 Client ⚠️ Required for FBM — skip if FBA only
6.1

Open Order Rules

Go to Settings in the left sidebar. In the Settings sub-menu, find and click Order Rules. You'll see an empty list — no rules yet.

📷

Order Rules page — click "Create" to add your first rule
6.2

Fill in the rule form

The form has two panels. Fill in both:

  1. 1
Name (right panel) — enter something descriptive, e.g. Automatic FBM order transmission
  2. 2
Company (right panel) — select your company
  3. 3
Priority (left panel) — higher number = higher priority. Rules are applied from highest to lowest. If you only have one rule, leave the default.
  4. 4
Prep center (left panel) → select 365PrepCenter LLC
  5. 5
Check the Active checkbox to enable the rule

6.6

Save and verify

  1. 1
    Click Save
  2. 2
You're back on the Order Rules list — your new rule appears with a green active status
  3. 3
Test it: open a recent Amazon FBM order in Ysell and check that it shows 365PrepCenter as the fulfillment center
📷
ysell-p6-05-saved-rule.jpg
Saved Order Rule in the list — active green status
Your saved Order Rule — green = active. New FBM orders will now route to 365PrepCenter automatically.
⚠️
Without an active Order Rule, FBM orders will NOT be routed to 365PrepCenter. They'll sit in Ysell unassigned and won't be fulfilled. This is the most common setup mistake — make sure the rule is active (green) before going live.
6.7

Configure exclusions (optional but important)

Inside the Order Rule you can set filters to control which orders this rule applies to. You cannot specify exactly which products to include, but you can exclude products and destinations you don't want this rule to handle:

  1. Product blacklist — specific products to exclude from this rule
  2. SKU blacklist — specific SKUs to exclude
  3. Country blacklist / State blacklist — destinations where this rule should NOT apply
  4. Country whitelist — only apply this rule to orders shipping to these countries
  5. Platform whitelist — only apply to orders from specific platforms
  6. Amazon Prime allowed countries — controls Prime order routing by country
💡
For most new clients: leave all exclusions empty. The rule will apply to all FBM orders from your connected platform. Add exclusions only when you have specific products or regions that need different handling.

Phase 6 complete — Order Rules configured. Important: you must also complete Phase 7 (Deliveries) before going live, otherwise orders will arrive without shipping labels.

7

Set Up Deliveries (Amazon Buy Shipping)

Deliveries tell Ysell how to automatically purchase shipping labels for FBM orders. Without this step, Order Rules will route orders to 365PrepCenter but no shipping label will be generated — orders will be packed but impossible to ship.

⚠️ Required — do this before your first live FBM order ⏱ ~10 minutes
⚠️ Critical: If you skip Deliveries setup, your warehouse will receive FBM orders with only an internal Ysell label — no carrier shipping label. The order is picked and packed but cannot be shipped. This is one of the most common and costly setup mistakes.
7.1

Open the Deliveries tab

Navigate to your company's Deliveries settings:

The Deliveries tab is in the same row as Company, Address, Platforms, Notifications, Invoices.

7.2

Add a new delivery configuration

Click the + button to add a new delivery. A form will appear with the following fields:

  1. 1
Country — select US (or your marketplace country)
  2. 2
Delivery provider — select Amazon to use Amazon Buy Shipping (recommended — cheapest rates, directly integrated). Other options: UPS, DHL, ShipStation, Pickup, etc.

Add delivery form — Country and Delivery provider
Select Country (US) and Delivery provider (Amazon), then click Add

Click Add to proceed to the full configuration form.

7.3

Configure delivery settings

Fill in the configuration fields. The most important ones:

  1. 1
Delivery experience — select the delivery speed/type (standard, expedited, etc.)
  2. 2
Delivery confirmation — choose your signature preference:
No signature — faster delivery, standard for most products
Without signature — package left at door
With signature — recipient must sign; use for high-value items
Also indicates whether the carrier will pick up the package from our warehouse
  3. 3
    Label format — select PNG
  4. 4
Page format — select 4×6 inchthis is mandatory. Other sizes will not print correctly on shipping label printers
  5. 5
Shipping service — select the carrier services you want to use (e.g. USPS First Class, UPS Ground, etc.). Choose services that balance cost and speed for your typical orders
  6. 6
Max label price — the maximum amount Ysell will spend on a shipping label. Orders above this price ceiling will not get a label automatically — you'll need to handle them manually. Set this based on your average shipping cost
  7. 7
Max weight (lbs) — maximum package weight for this delivery rule. Packages above this weight will need manual label purchase
Label format is critical: Always PNG + 4×6 inch. This matches the thermal label printers used at 365PrepCenter. Any other size will cause printing errors.
7.4

Save and verify

  1. 1
    Click Save
  2. 2
The delivery configuration will appear in the Deliveries tab list
  3. 3
From now on, when an FBM order arrives via Order Rules, Ysell will automatically purchase a shipping label using Amazon Buy Shipping and attach it to the order. 365PrepCenter will see the label and ship the order.
✓ Full automation is now active: Order arrives on Amazon → Order Rules route it to 365PrepCenter → Deliveries automatically purchase a shipping label → we pack and ship. Zero manual steps required.

Phase 7 complete — Deliveries configured. FBM orders will now arrive with shipping labels generated automatically via Amazon Buy Shipping.

You're Fully Set Up
