How It Works

Step 1

Your customer places an order on your Marketplace. You purchase from your supplier who ships directly to our warehouse at 3515 Columbia Road, Unit 2105, Lebanon, OH 45036.

Step 2

We receive the package, remove all retail invoices, receipts and price tags. If the original packaging doesn't meet requirements, we repackage in a neutral box and apply your shipping label.

If your package arrives before our 11:59 AM cutoff, it ships the same day. Maximum processing time is 24 hours from the moment we receive it.

Shipping Carriers We Work With

We work with all major US carriers to make sure your orders reach customers fast and at the best possible rate. USPS is our default choice for cost efficiency — UPS and FedEx are available whenever your shipment requires it.

USPS - United States Postal Service

USPS is our go-to carrier for most FBM and 2-step orders. As the most cost-effective shipping option in the US, USPS helps keep your per-order costs low without sacrificing reliability. We use USPS First Class, Priority Mail and Ground Advantage depending on your package weight and delivery requirements.

UPS - United Parcel Service

UPS is our preferred option for heavier or larger packages where USPS rates are less competitive. With extensive US coverage and reliable tracking, UPS is a solid choice when your shipment requires extra reliability or faster guaranteed delivery windows.

FedEx

FedEx is available for time-sensitive shipments that require guaranteed next-day or 2-day delivery. We recommend FedEx when speed is the top priority and delivery deadlines are non-negotiable.

What is the daily cutoff time for same-day FBM shipping?

Our cutoff is 11:59 AM Monday through Friday. Orders and packages received before this time ship the same day.

Can you handle oversized items?

Yes, oversized items are accepted at a higher processing rate. We do not accept items weighing more than 25 lbs.

Do you work on weekends?

Currently we process and ship Monday through Friday. Packages received on weekends are processed first thing Monday morning.

Do you add insert cards or custom packaging materials?

We do not include inserts as a standard service. Our 2-step process focuses on removing retail traces, repackaging when necessary and applying your label accurately.

Which shipping carrier do you use by default?

We primarily use USPS as it offers the most cost-effective rates for standard e-commerce packages. UPS and FedEx are available on request.

How do I send you orders to fulfill?

Orders sync automatically through Ysell. Once your account is connected, orders flow directly to our team without manual intervention.

Do you photograph packages before shipping?

We do not photograph outgoing 2-step packages as standard. If you need photo verification, contact us to discuss custom arrangements.

What happens if a package arrives damaged from the supplier?

We notify you immediately with details and photos so you can take action with your supplier before we process the shipment.
