Service 2 — FBA Removals Processing
FBA removals are items that Amazon sends back from their fulfillment centers — either customer returns from FBA orders or inventory you requested to be removed. These go through a two-step process at our warehouse.


Step 2 — Repackaging & Return to FBA (standard FBA prep pricing)

How It Works - FBA Removals
FBA Removals - 4 Steps:
You initiate a removal order in Seller Central. Amazon ships your inventory to our Lebanon, OH address.


We count, inspect and grade every unit. You see results in Ysell within 24 hours.
Items graded as New or resellable are repackaged if needed, relabeled and prepped for FBA.






We create the FBA shipment in Seller Central and send your inventory back to Amazon's fulfillment network.

What is the difference between Returns and Removals?
Returns are products sent back by your FBM customers directly to our warehouse. Removals are products that Amazon sends back from their FBA fulfillment centers — either because you requested a removal or Amazon returned customer orders.
How do you communicate condition grades?
All condition grading (New / Used / Garbage) is logged directly in Ysell. You can see the status of every item in real time. We also communicate directly via chat or Ysell tasks for items that require special attention.
What happens to Garbage items?
If you instruct us to dispose of Garbage items — up to 10 units are disposed of free of charge. Larger quantities are disposed of at $15/box.
Do you photograph returns?
Standard FBM returns include visual inspection but not photography. Professional photos are available at $10/session on request.
Can you return items to my supplier instead of Amazon?
Yes. Return to supplier is available at $10/shipment — contact us to arrange.
What if I receive fewer items than expected in a removal?
We count every unit upon receiving and log the exact count in Ysell. If the count doesn't match Amazon's removal order, we notify you immediately with documentation.
