Add your company details, billing address, and notification preferences in Ysell settings.

Link your Seller account via Amazon SP-API. Your listings and orders sync automatically within 24h.

1 Intake & Account Creation

Start Here — Fill the Intake Form

The form takes 5 minutes. We'll ask about your business, what Amazon marketplace you sell on, and which services you need (FBA, FBM, storage, etc.).

Fill out the intake form

Include your Amazon marketplace, estimated monthly volume, and services needed.

We send you a Ysell invite

Check your email — the invite comes from Ysell.pro. Click to confirm your account.

Receive login credentials

Within 20 minutes of confirming the invite, you'll receive an email with your Ysell login details.

Log in at app.ysell.pro

You'll see 365PrepCenter already linked to your account — this is what allows you to create shipments and track inventory with us.

2 Account Setup

Configure Your Company Profile

Before creating shipments, complete your company profile in Ysell. This ensures your invoices are correct and notifications reach you.

Go to Settings → Companies

Click on your company name to open the settings.

Company tab — set name and prefix

The prefix is used on invoices and SKU generation. Keep it short (3–5 chars).

Address tab — fill billing address

Include country, VAT ID (EU sellers), email address, and optionally Telegram Chat ID for real-time notifications.

Set notification emails

Add your email for shipment updates and FBM order notifications. You can use separate emails for each.

⚠️ Make sure your email address is correct in the Address tab — this is where we send invoice notifications and important updates.

3 Connect Your Platform

Link Your Amazon (or Other) Account

Connecting your marketplace means orders arrive in Ysell automatically — no manual entry. This is the step that makes everything work together.

Settings → Companies → Platforms tab

This is where all your connected marketplaces live.

Click Add → Select Amazon

Enter your Seller ID and select your marketplace (US, UK, DE, CA, etc.).

Authorize via Amazon OAuth

You'll be redirected to Seller Central to approve the connection. Follow the prompts and approve.

Green status = connected ✅

The platform appears with a green indicator. Your listings and orders will sync within 24 hours.

4 Products

Review Your Product Catalog

Once Amazon is connected, your products may auto-import. Review the catalog before creating shipments — products need correct listings to route orders and track inventory properly.

Go to Products

Amazon listings should have imported automatically. Verify titles are correct.

Check ASIN/SKU links (Listings tab)

Each product must have its Amazon ASIN and SKU linked so Ysell can match incoming orders to the right product.

Fill in dimensions and weight

Not required on day one, but affects storage billing. Fill in when you have the data.

Set up bundles/sets if needed

If you sell multi-packs or kits, create them as Sets in Ysell so components are tracked and picked correctly.

📌 You do not need to send FNSKU labels separately. We generate and apply them based on the product in your Ysell catalog.
5A FBA Shipment

Sending Inventory for Amazon FBA

Use this flow when you want us to receive, label, prep, and forward your inventory to Amazon FBA. Your stock ends up at Amazon's fulfillment center — Amazon handles customer shipping.

Shipments → Create → "Send to Warehouse"

Select your company and 365PrepCenter as the prep center.

Add products + FBA services

Select service: FBA Labeling & Prep (includes FNSKU label + inspection + packaging). Add polybag, bubble wrap, or bundling if your products require it.

Add expiry dates if applicable

Food, supplements, cosmetics — fill in the Expiration Date field. We track and handle expiry-dated products separately.

Add notes for special instructions

Fragile items, specific label placement, mixed boxes — write it in the Notes field. We read every note before processing.

Click Send → ship your boxes

Status becomes Transfer. Now physically ship boxes to our warehouse. We prep and forward to Amazon within 24–48 hours of receiving.

5B FBM Shipment

Sending Inventory for FBM Fulfillment

Use this flow when you want us to store your inventory and fulfill customer orders on your behalf. Stock stays at 365PrepCenter — we pick, pack, and ship every order to your customers.

Shipments → Create → "Send to Warehouse"

Select your company and 365PrepCenter. This time you're sending stock for FBM storage, not FBA prep.

Add products — no labeling service needed

For FBM storage, you typically don't need FNSKU labeling. If your products need polybag or other prep, add those services. Otherwise just add product + quantity.

Add notes for packing preferences

If you have specific requirements for how orders should be packed or what's included (inserts, flyers, etc.), note it here.

Click Send → ship your boxes

We receive and store your inventory. Stock is now visible in your Ysell Warehouse section.

Configure automatic routing so every new FBM order goes to 365PrepCenter without you touching it. We ship within 24h Mon–Fri.

⚠️ Without Order Rules, FBM orders will not be routed to 365PrepCenter automatically. You would have to open each order and route it manually.
6 Order Rules — FBM only

Automate Order Routing to 365PrepCenter

Order Rules tell Ysell: "When a new FBM order arrives — automatically send it to 365PrepCenter." Set this up once and you'll never have to touch individual orders again.

Go to Settings → Order Rules

Also sometimes called "Orders Plan" depending on your Ysell setup.

Click Create Rule

Give it a clear name — for example: Amazon US → 365PrepCenter

Set the condition

Platform = Amazon, Marketplace = your marketplace (US, UK, DE, etc.). You can add multiple conditions to be more specific.

Set the action

Send via Prep Center = 365PrepCenter. This is what routes the order to us.

Save and test

Open a recent order and confirm it shows 365PrepCenter in the routing field. If you sell on multiple marketplaces, create one rule per marketplace.

Go through this checklist once before shipping your first boxes to us. It takes 2 minutes and prevents the most common onboarding issues.

Ysell account linked to 365PrepCenter

You can see 365PrepCenter in the prep center dropdown when creating a shipment.

Company profile complete

Address, email, and VAT ID filled in under Settings → Companies.

Amazon account connected

Green status on the Platforms tab. Listings visible in your product catalog.

Shipment created in Ysell

Status shows Transfer — we've received it on our end.

No. You don't need to generate or send us FNSKU labels separately. Everything is handled through your Ysell shipment — we create labels on our end based on the products and services you specify.
Yes. Simply give your supplier our address: 3515 Columbia Road, Unit 2105, Lebanon, OH 45036. Make sure to also create a shipment in Ysell so we know what's coming.
We process most FBA shipments within 24–48 hours of physically receiving your inventory. Complex or large shipments may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if that's the case.
Every service is logged in Ysell with a timestamp, quantity, and cost. Go to Shipments → open any shipment → Cost tab to see a full breakdown. You always see the full details before receiving your invoice — no surprises.
Your 30 days of free storage begins the day we receive and check in your shipment in Ysell. From day 31 onward, standard storage rates apply automatically and are visible in your Ysell dashboard.
If the shipment is still in Transfer status, use the Recall button to bring it back to Draft, make your edits, then send again. Once it moves to Processing, contact us directly — we can't undo work already in progress.
Yes — we support batch tracking, FIFO picking, and expiry date compliance for food, supplements, and grocery products. Make sure to enter expiration dates in the Ysell shipment when creating it.
Wire transfer, ACH, Wise, and Zelle. We invoice monthly or after large jobs. Contact us if you need a different arrangement.
