Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum storage period?

No. You can store your inventory for as little as one day. We bill daily after your 30 free days end — you never pay for time you don't use.

When does the 30-day free period start?

Your free period starts the day we receive and check in your shipment in Ysell. After 30 days, standard rates apply automatically and are visible in your dashboard.

How is my storage cost calculated?

Pallet storage is billed at a flat $40/pallet/month. Box and shelf storage is billed at $1.00/cubic foot/month or $0.035/cubic foot/day. Cubic footage is calculated automatically by Ysell based on the product dimensions you enter — no manual measuring required.

Can I see my inventory without visiting the warehouse?

Yes. Your Ysell account gives you real-time visibility of all stock levels, movements and costs 24/7 from anywhere in the world.

Can I get photos of my stored inventory?

Yes. Simply create a photo request task in Ysell and our team will photograph your inventory and upload the images directly to your account.

Do you store hazmat products?

We accept certain hazmat products on a case by case basis. Please contact us before sending hazmat inventory so we can confirm storage requirements and compatibility with our facility.

What happens if my inventory is damaged while in storage?

We take care of every item as if it were our own. All inbound inventory is photo-verified on receiving so any pre-existing damage is documented. If damage occurs during storage we will notify you immediately and work with you to resolve the situation.
