We run FBM fulfillment out of Lebanon, Ohio, in a 1,200 sq ft climate-controlled facility about 30 miles north of Cincinnati. Orders come in from Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay and Etsy, and they leave the same day if they reach us before the cutoff.
Most sellers start the search for a fulfillment partner by geography. That is understandable and mostly beside the point. What decides whether a 3PL works for you is narrower than a map: how fast orders leave the building, what each one costs, and whether somebody answers when a box gets flagged at receiving.
This is how those three things work here.
Where Ohio Helps, and Where It Does Not
If you are shipping FBA, location can matter: being close to an Amazon fulfillment center can shave a day off inbound transit. FBM is different. Your customer in Sacramento, Miami or Buffalo does not care where the package originated, only that it arrives when the estimated delivery date says it will. Ohio sits within a two-day ground window of roughly 70% of the US population, which is geography rather than a sales pitch. Where Ohio helps less: if every one of your buyers is on the West Coast, a coastal warehouse will beat us on that leg, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
We process orders with an 11:59am cutoff Monday through Friday. Anything that comes in before that gets picked, packed, and shipped same day. Ten or more orders a day runs $2.00 per order; under ten a day is $2.50 per order, plus $0.30 for each additional unit in a multi-item order. No setup fee, no minimum contract length — you can send us fifty units this month and five hundred next month and nothing changes about your rate structure.
What Actually Happens When Your Inventory Lands Here
This part matters more than the zip code on our building. When a pallet or carton arrives, Oleg or Tatiana check it against the packing manifest before anything gets shelved — count, condition, SKU match. If something's off — wrong quantity, a crushed corner, a polybag torn open — we photograph it right there at receiving and flag it in your account before it becomes your problem three weeks later when a customer opens a return.
Every client gets their own login and personal ID at Ysell.pro, the WMS we run the warehouse on (built by Fulfillmentbox.com, not something we developed ourselves — worth being upfront about that). It gives you real-time visibility into inventory counts, cubic footage used, and storage costs, accessible any time, not just during our business hours. If you want the walkthrough on getting set up, we've got a Ysell login guide that covers it step by step.
Storage runs $1 per cubic foot per month, or $40 per pallet if that's how your inventory is palletized — and your first 7 days after receiving are free, one time per account. We don't charge you rent while you're still figuring out reorder quantities.
Why Sellers Actually Move Warehouses
Most sellers who come to us did not start looking because of price. They started looking because their previous warehouse could not scale kitting, or charged extra for anything outside a narrow SKU list, or simply went quiet for two days during a rush. We do kitting and bundling too: 2-3 unit sets at $1.20/set, 4-5 at $1.50/set, and $1.75 for a 6-unit set, plus $0.20 for each unit beyond six.
If you're running FBA alongside FBM — most of our clients do both — we also handle FBA prep, with FNSKU labeling turnaround of 24-48 hours, and removals processing if Amazon's been quietly charging you long-term storage fees on stuff sitting in their warehouse. If you haven't looked at what that actually costs, our FBA prep pricing breakdown lays it out clearly.
Most new clients start with a small test batch before scaling up. No setup fee and no long-term contract, and no catch buried in the fine print.
What We Don't Take, and Why That's Worth Knowing Upfront
We don't accept large furniture, anything requiring frozen or refrigerated storage, or lithium batteries. If your catalog is mostly that, we're not your fulfillment partner and I'd rather tell you now than after you've shipped a pallet across the country. Everything else — food (ambient, shelf-stable), cosmetics, supplements, electronics, apparel, oversized items on pallets — we handle regularly across Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, and TikTok Shop channels.
FAQ
How fast do orders leave, and where do they land? Orders received before 11:59am Monday through Friday ship the same day. From Lebanon, most of the East Coast and Midwest is a one- to two-day ground run; the West Coast is typically three to four. If your buyers are concentrated on one coast, that arithmetic is worth doing before choosing any warehouse.
How fast do I get my Ysell login after signing up? Typically within 24 hours of completing intake. If it's been longer than that and you haven't heard from us, something got missed on our end — email or call and we'll sort it out same day.
Is there a minimum order volume to start? No. There's no long-term contract and no setup fee. Under 10 orders a day just runs at the $2.50 per-order rate instead of $2.00; there's no threshold you have to hit to be accepted as a client.
Can I use you for FBM only, without also sending FBA inventory? Absolutely. Plenty of our clients are FBM-only, or split between FBM and their own Shopify store. We don't require you to bundle services.
Questions before you commit? The FAQ above covers most of what people ask, or just reach out directly — otherwise, head to our onboarding page and we'll get your account and Ysell login set up within a day.
